Documentation of Intrastate and Interstate transactions with the use of the FrankenBike Trade Mark name and logo is available upon written request. Copy Rights of the FrankenBike name and logo were established on July 10, 2005. At this time, no permission has been granted to any Group or Individual to use the Franken Bike name and logo for commercial purposes other than the Austin Cycling Association for advertising purposes only.
